Joseph D. Hansen
Position: Executive Director, Board Member
Experience: Joe has 30 years experience in emergency medical services as a nationally registered EMT-B and as director of a rural EMS service. Joe has co-authored numerous medical journal articles and has managed medical research projects for the Foundation. Joe has lectured in Montana and Nationally on EMS and trauma related subjects and is past president of the National Association of EMTs. He has served as an EMS consultant to local and state EMS offices and serves on regional and statewide trauma advisory committees.
Heather Soucy
Position: Bookkeeping/Administrative Assistant
Experience: Heather serves as the program support specialist to REMSTTAC and Critical Illness & Trauma Foundation. She holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science degree as an Administrative Medical Assistant from the University of Montana-Helena College of Technology.
Amy Mellinger
Position: Administrative Assistant
Experience: Amy serves as a program support specialist to Critical Illness & Trauma Foundation. She holds a bachelor's degree in Biology and a teaching minor in Chemistry from Montana State University-Bozeman. Amy is also certified to teach at the high school level in the state of Montana.
